1 General Provisions

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games at egd33 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded where applicable.

6.2 Conditions for Bet Cancellation

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by egd33

egd33 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• If a breach of the Terms is proven
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months)
• Based on a court order or legal requirement

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact us via live chat or email to make the request. Please withdraw any available balance before closing the account.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. If there is any balance in the account, we will notify you through the contact information registered with us.
